Reclaimed wood has an aura all its own. As the settlers cleared the land and built their farms, they used the wood and stone of the land about them to create well-built and long-lasting structures.

Reclaimed wood speaks. It speaks of water-driven sawmills, of broad axes biting into beams, and a century or two of service and struggle with the elements. Incorporated into a new structure, it carries a story with it of the labor and craftsmanship of previous generations.

We love to save the workmanship and materials of the past and preserve them for future generations.

Sometimes, barns and other old buildings just need to be moved elsewhere and rebuilt. We love to give these old structures new life. Other times, the lumber is simply salvaged and repurposed.
